We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased, return it to us within 45 days of shipment and you will receive a refund or exchange credit for the print purchase price. Due to the high costs of producing prints to order, we will have to ask you to be responsible for the packing and shipping costs both ways.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be received by us in resellable condition in the original packing materials or professionally packed, and shipped fully insured. If the returned item has incurred damage that is not the responsibility of the shipper, the cost of restoring the item to a sellable state will be deducted from the amount to be refunded or credited for exchange. Refunds will be paid in the manner of payment that was originally provided by you.
